The Practice Manager is responsible for tasks related to the operations of the assigned practice sites. These duties include overseeing personnel, practice operations, billing, patient physician scheduling and budget development.
This position manages the day-to-day operations of an outpatient clinic, health center or an inpatient service and takes complete ownership for the successful operations, including financial, employee engagement and retention and customer satisfaction.
Achieving sales and utilization quota results in the assigned territory. Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base for the Companys consumables.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop staffing plans to meet closed sales, balancing financial responsibility; participate in sales meetings, communicate services availability and utilization.
