As the Business Office Manager, you will direct the overall Business Office activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as directed by the Administrator, to assure the proper administrative procedures are maintained.
The HRIPO Team is primarily responsible for all operational activities and project management support for the various HR functions. The HRIPO Sr. Team Manager will manage the Project Manager staff within the organization, across multiple geographies. This role will report to a Managing Director of the HRIPO.
In this role, the selected candidate will responsible for providing project task support to the 3 founders to include coordinating domestic travel (airfare, hotel, transportation); assisting with proposals or presentations to include: editing, proofreading, etc.
