Selectee will be responsible for leading a team for infrastructure test execution and planning within the multi-contractor Integration and Test (I&T) Functional Area of the Missile Defense National Team for Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC).
Successful candidate will have strong organizational planning and execution skills. Must be responsive and flexible to programmatic changes, and demonstrate strong communication skills across a wide variety of situations. Candidate should be able to communicate complex technical material to mixed audiences to include executive and Senior Government personnel.
Develops project budgets, schedules, work plans, and cost estimates/projections, administers and monitors contracts including contract negotiation and preparation of contract recommendations, and monitors projects for conformance to approved plans and contract specifications.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop broad sets of scripts and processes to support the automation of infrastructure support activities; develop broad sets of workflow automations to support ITIL v3 based support processes and flows across multiple global support teams and management roles.
In this role, you will reviews project design(s) and schematics for quality, technical competence, and code and standards compliance, monitors the progress and quality of a project, and resolves problems and project barriers by identifying strategies and approaches to overcome barriers.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated tests and test framework. Works with the manual testers to ensure the automation meets expectations for the application under test.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text; experience with third-party libraries and APIs, WebServices and Adaptive UI development.
