In this position, you will assist with overseeing information technology (IT) hardware and software assets through the entire asset lifecycle under the direction of management. Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organizations hardware and software.
In this role, the selected candidate will build and sustain relationships with internal users and 3rd party vendors to facilitate needs analysis for enhancements and recommend process and/or systems improvements related to financial operations.
In this role, you will develop an understanding of FirstBanks varied IT environment components including hardware; software; applications; databases; and security systems, and the relationships of these technologies to business processes.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with corporate strategies to meet current and long-term organizational needs, identifying other software tools and hardware necessary for successful business problem resolution.
In this role, the selected candidate will review, maintain, and update ITAM process and procedures documents, and recommend and implement approved changes to aforementioned documents surrounding software asset management.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with business users on user requirements, develop functional requirements, systems definition (new and enhancements), prepare high level specifications for development groups, coordinate unit, system, and user acceptance testing and implementation planning and execution.
