Responsible for partnering with assigned client organizations and Human Resources team(s) to ensure strategies and initiatives are met; coordinate recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, and employee relations activities to maximize employee resources.
The HRIPO Team is primarily responsible for all operational activities and project management support for the various HR functions. The HRIPO Sr. Team Manager will manage the Project Manager staff within the organization, across multiple geographies. This role will report to a Managing Director of the HRIPO.
The HR Manager provides leadership for both strategic and day-to-day HR functions, including but not limited to: employee relations, staffing, performance management, labor relations, total reward systems, learning and development, change management, organizational development, leadership coaching, succession planning, and data tracking and analytics.
In this role, you will provide project/program facilitation and oversight; facilitate agreement on objectives and success measures, provide overall project/program issue resolution and roadblock removal.
Work within a matrixed organization. Responsible for ensuring effective and timely communication and collaboration occurs between stakeholders. Reports directly to the Vail Area HR Director (HRD) with dotted line to the Beaver Creek HRD and Eagle County Hospitality VP, and has accountability to the Hospitality HRD.
Acts as a strategic business partner to attain company goals and objectives at the plant-level. Requires knowledge and experience in all functional areas of Human Resources including talent acquisition, talent management, employee development, and workforce planning.
Manages and maintains HRIS and other HR systems, including account maintenance, security, optimization, upgrades, enhancement opportunities and projects related to system functionality and operability, including interfaces and related processes.
