The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonalds critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The General Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurants goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will
develop and execute solution area promotion plan utilizing a variety of tactics: email, outbound calling, events (conferences, webinars, roadshows), online advertising, digital, content syndication, video.
In this role, you will assist the General Manager in achieving successful operations at a location including production, sales, customer service, inventory management, delivery, human resources, safety and administrative activities. Plans and directs these functions in order to meet operational and financial goals for the location.
As the General Manager, you will lead, shape, and guide LONG's Colorado BAS Controls and Integration (Building Intelligence) sales and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring success and growth of LONG in Colorado. Perhaps the greatest and most exciting challenge will be your ability to understand and guide the business through the increasingly sophisticated and complex technology in the HVAC BAS industry.
As the General Manager you will create an environment of outstanding customer service. You will drive sales and profit through execution of an overall store strategy; including leading and engaging the team and delivering on operational excellence standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing cooperative leadership and managing processes to ensure the hotel meets and maintains all Company expectations in regard to Quality, Service, Profit, and Teamwork.
