Responsible for recruitment activities focused on attracting and efficiently hiring qualified and competent staff various health care areas. Includes the development and implementation of recruitment plans, position advertising and marketing, and sourcing and screening of applicants.
This position encompasses all stages of the hiring process, with an emphasis on strategic sourcing, including partnering with hiring managers on position strategy and candidate requirements, developing sourcing strategies to target and assess top talent, and negotiating, closing and presenting offers at all levels. Developing and executing on candidate generation strategies and building a pipeline of executive and senior level technical talent.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with client hiring managers, various applicant tracking systems, HR analytics, RPO delivery, and end-to-end support of the recruitment process.
Develop, plan and execute passive and active sourcing strategies for multiple, concurrent searches including using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referral, campus recruiting, etc. Manage, prioritize and close searches.

In this role, you will maintain overview of district recruitment goals and needs including the actual, expected loss, and over-recruitment needs as well as the amount of staff in training and the recruitment pipeline.
