In this role, the selected candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the President and Leadership Team Members; prepare power point presentations, word documents and excel spreadsheets.
In this role, you will perform advanced administrative duties requiring broad experience, skill and advanced knowledge of organization policies and practices for a specific group or individual. Analysis and determination of information requests and follow-up. Has ability to resolve complex issues.
Responsible for legal word processing, filing, preparing case information sheets, data entry, new matter intake, database management, downloading and uploading information from ICCES and Pacer, conference room scheduling & set up, expense reports, assisting with time entry, billing on Aderant Expert, and overflow administrative tasks.
