The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for meeting or exceeding the territorys orders budget, discovering new opportunities and customers, while cultivating a relationship and assessing their needs.
The RSM will be responsible for sales of IoT Solutions including connected gateways, sensors and cloud-based solutions. This position can be located anywhere in the western U.S. with access to a major airport.
In this role, you will develop contacts within customer organizations, serve as a point of contact (POC) for all key interactions and engagement. Ensure personnel engage customers with a focus on customer satisfaction leading to brand loyalty.
Develop and implement sales strategies and profit objectives at assigned regional accounts and new potential accounts within the defined area. Develop sales plan for regional accounts using potential sales as a key indicator of success.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing subordinate supervisors who supervise a number of employees in the sales department and are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of their unit.
Keeps the Customer Experience at the center of work and during store visit interactions. Models the SHC Mission. Reviews critical performance metrics framed in the customer perspective, and develops plans to improve satisfaction levels.
The Sales Representative serves as a single point of accountability for clients. He or She will actively manage all relationships with clients at the highest executive level and ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Specification Targets (e.g., property management firms, large architecture firms, and government agencies).Work closely with the Director, Advanced Wireless Solutions to effectively communicate the value of the IDEAL solution to large national accounts.
