As the Director of Marketing, this position is responsible for strategic direction and oversight of all marketing and advertising activities for all lines of business in Managed Care, to include commercial products (Denver Medical Care, Point of Service and Elevate products, Child Health Plan Plus, Medicare Choice, Medicare Select and DH Medicaid Choice.
In this role, the selected candidate will
collaborate with product marketing and sales leadership to determine the optimal plan to maximize the success and ROI on key product launches in the marketplace. Lead the cross-functional launch process for product and service introductions and inline releases.
Develop end-to-end marketing communication strategies designed to meet business objectives including key product growth, change/reinforcement of market perception and effective communication of value proposition.
Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Plans and executes marketing strategies and programs based on a deep familiarity and understanding of the customer's products, markets and strategic goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor and analyze community sales conversion ratios, inquiry statistics, referral sources, weekly sales activity reports, lost inquiries, move in/out trends, etc; identify trends and recommendations to operations team to improve results.
