In this role, the selected candidate will monitor and analyze community sales conversion ratios, inquiry statistics, referral sources, weekly sales activity reports, lost inquiries, move in/out trends, etc; identify trends and recommendations to operations team to improve results.
Leads, in conjunction with the Retail leadership team and COO, the development and execution of annual and seasonal business planning processes which facilitate the ability to develop and execute thoughtful, focused and disciplined marketing and communication plans in conjunction with the Merchant, Retail Operations, Resort and Corporate Marketing teams.
Develop end-to-end marketing communication strategies designed to meet business objectives including key product growth, change/reinforcement of market perception and effective communication of value proposition.
Develop of the go to market strategy for the all Enterprise product areas including value propositions, messages, positioning statements and commercial insights. Identify product-specific applications and develop target customer user personas and profiles.
Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Plans and executes marketing strategies and programs based on a deep familiarity and understanding of the customer's products, markets and strategic goals.
In this role, you will works closely with field marketing and sales teams globally to analyze and prioritize markets, identify target accounts and partners, provide competitive intelligence to sales, and track and support sales pipeline development.
