The Area Account Manager Specialist will have direct responsibility representing Company products to medical professionals (endocrinologists, nephrologists, internists, nurses, pharmacists and other professionals outlined by the Company) who specialize in the treatment of hypoparathyroidism.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing subordinate supervisors who supervise a number of employees in the sales department and are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of their unit.
In this role, you will be a driving force behind the company's expanded sales initiative, leading new business growth across retail vertical markets (Grocery, Discount Department, Quick Serve Restaurants, Check Cashing, and other cash handling customers).
Lead the development of project proposals including identifying and leading the pursuit team, writing strong value driven executive summaries, ensuring that the proposal completely and accurately addresses the client needs.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts; coordinate the involvement of company personnel in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and other sales activities. Build marketplace relationships through involvement in associations, tradeshows, educational and community organizations and other market groups.
The selected candidate will coordinate with sales and marketing leadership to develop a strategy and execute sales enablement tool development and adoption plan for Spectrum Enterprise sales teams which contributes to revenue goals.
