Establish a strong rapport with existing industry channels which includes, but is not limited to, partners, agents and brokers. It is expected that these relationships will produce deal flow to the sales team that it would not have otherwise had the opportunity on which to compete.
Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with partner implementation, order and billing support, and customer escalations; provide partners and customers with an outstanding level of responsiveness to all forms of communication.
Develop new strategic relationships and facilitate formal agreements with other indirect channel sources to augment existing pipeline. Sales Consultant will be responsible for familiarizing the new channel source with the Companys product offering, key sales team members and sales process.
