In this role, you will provide primary support to customers encountering problems using the CDKs products and solutions. Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions. Facilitates inquires through systems in order to provide answers to common questions and problems. Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
In this role, you will remain impartial in requirements discussions; confirms understanding by all parties involved when validating requirements.Gain an understanding of the stakeholder's business culture and priorities, the need for different modeling techniques used when gathering requirements, the corporate standards for documentation, methods for prioritizing requirements and tools for tracking requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for collaboration with other departments including Manufacturing, Process Development, Validation, and Quality to provide support of site validation studies, microbial studies, and new product(s) implementation.
