In this role, the selected candidate will create and implement strategic recruiting strategies and processes and developmental plans that meet assigned business divisions talent acquisition needs. Partners with business leaders and HR colleagues to develop strategies, programs and initiatives that improve talent retention.
In this role, the selected candidate will design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
