The production supervisor position is responsible for supervising shop employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
Prioritize team workload to ensure that
sales orders are processed and installed in a timely and accurate manor; customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two or more other full-time employees or their equivalent.
Perform general ledger accounting functions, including journal entry preparation analysis and review, general ledger account reconciliations, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, balance sheet reviews, detailed account activity analysis and increasingly complex responsibilities related to the closing process.
As a supervisor of the Network Delivery team, you will be accountable for supervising the team that deploys the network infrastructure to achieve project goals. You'll work closely with project management and with technical resources (employees, partner resources, and onshore/offshore contractors) on your team to ensure a smooth implementation and transition of the network infrastructure and related products to our production environments.
Works on continuous improvement projects, lean and six sigma efforts, to enhance operational performance and quality product. Creates and delivers performance reviews for direct reports . Controls all timekeeping for direct reports.
