The In-Store Manager is responsible for managing and anticipating the needs of the branch, including driving sales, stellar customer service, complying with regulations and policy requirements, and facility management. In-Store Managers actively coach other employees, as well as lead indirectly by example, fostering a customer-centered branch environment.
Manage all daily activities in a specific area of the store (S&R, Footwear, Apparel, etc.), including selling and service, selecting and developing associates, merchandising and time and business management.
Manage staffing initiatives to meet model scheduling needs and weekend hours execution; maintain proper staffing levels to meet stores needs with planning for calculated turnover; ensures Associate Availability is up-to-date.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for overall store operation, sales performance and management of store personnel; greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and ensure customer issues are quickly and efficiently resolved.
