In this role, the selected candidate will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization; serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
The Staff Nurse is responsible for the care of the pediatric patient under the direct supervision of the registered nurse. Competent nursing care is delivered based on a documented assessment and plan of care of the patient/family's needs developed by a registered nurse.
In this role, the selected candidate will resolve operational issues related to scheduling; follow specific Conscious Sedation monitoring protocols; and protect equipment from damage due to improper handling or use.
As a Staff Registered Nurse (Hemodialysis RN) you see your patients three to four times each week for a few hours at a time; while they receive their treatments. The dialysis lifestyle can be very trying for our patients. By forming relationships with them, our nurses understand each patient's unique needs and help ease some of their burden.
The Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) cares for immediate postoperative patients in all age ranges. Post anesthesia care is provided for a range of specialties including ambulatory, inpatient and critical care patients.
