In this role, the selected candidate will perform root cause analysis on defect parts, monitor warranty data to ensure constant reduction related to countermeasure implementation, and work with customers, suppliers, & sister plants to improve process capability.
In this role, you will responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements for worldwide distribution.
In this role, you will develop and implement prototype and launch control plans prior to any such production runs. The selected candidate will compile and report pertinent quality data for production, customer and supplier.
The Quality Engineer will work within the production team environment to control and maintain all aspects of the quality assurance program such as: establishing audit criteria & schedules, establishing and monitoring facility quality metrics and championing problem solving activities through a structured format.
In this role, you will understand customer requirements and develop/ maintain complaint management process. This will include planning test matrixes and assisting with actual testing as required and recommending corrective actions.
