The Purchasing Manager is responsible for planning, directing and controlling the activities relating to the procurement, recording, storage, and movement i.e. all material flow of materials used in the manufacturing process in accordance with company policies.
The Supply Chain Advanced Systems Manager will lead the design, development, implementation and rollout of forecasting, inventory management models, advanced planning models and decision support tools for ADS supply chain management processes.
Participating as a critical member of a cross-functional team in one of our Global Business Units or Spend Pool organizations to deliver a new product or technology to market, and creating sourcing strategies to improve the value, availability and technology of materials that support our existing product lines.
This position provides a unique mix of analytical and physical challenges due to the fast-paced nature of the business, and approximately 50% of a buyers time is spent outdoors in a hands-on environment.
