The Operations Manager -Manufacturing has primary responsibility for the total operations including engineering, purchasing, materials management, and production, with ultimate responsibility for production of high quality dock equipment that meets required shipment dates, achieves targets for efficiency and profitability, in an accident-free facility.
In this role, you will manage policy deployment in the areas of Lean Manufacturing techniques, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual controls and plant performance measures.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing and directing a team of Maintenance Technicians in a fast paced production environment to ensure overall building equipment maintenance, which may include troubleshooting problems, repairing equipment and providing preventive maintenance.
The Plant Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team functions for the entire facility. A qualified candidate will manage our, Mechanical, Electrical, PM programs. The Manager will also be directly involved in several other plant programs including but not limited to; Operating Systems (OS), CAR/PAR and Safety (Hazmat, Hazcom).
In this role, the selected candidate will plan and execute capital improvement projects for expansion and/or upgrade of aluminum extrusion and rolling mill facilities; develop project scope, feasibility, cost estimates and schedule.
The selected candidate will develop and design solutions to difficult problems, manage outside contractors and be on call for emergencies. He / she will develop business plans and provide guidance and direction for the successful implementation of those plans.
