The Nurse Manager will be responsible for coordinating and directing the care of patients at their East Side facility by partnering with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth day to day operations of a high-volume surgery center.

In collaboration with the Director and members of the medical staff, this individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services provided in the department by all levels of practitioners.
The Nurse Manager is key in operational zing systems directed toward achievement of patient satisfaction, reduction of the length of hospital stay in regards to the surgical procedure, reduction of supply cost, such as implants, custom packs, instrumentation and other surgical supplies.
