In this role, you will be responsible for managing the assigned sites within the account owned and/or occupied portfolio in accordance with the requirements of all local, state and federal requirements.
In this role, the selected candidate will be Responsible for assisting with timely management of the facility operation; develop and maintain vendor relationships with various maintenance and trade subcontractors.
Manage daily preventive maintenance schedules for both the environmental and facilities departments, including the coordination of work flow during shift to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction.

The Senior Manager, Facilities is responsible for managing active business space/property and inactive manufacturing properties, negotiating service contracts for these sites, preparing and executing CER for renovations, upgrades and expansions and providing office support activities including mail, security, office supplies, cafeteria, furniture and records retention.
Conducts weekly maintenance inspections of facility and prepares report for administration; conducts monthly safety inspections, conducts monthly emergency drills (fire tornado evacuation, etc.); responsible for the storage and inventory of flammable, toxic, and caustic materials.
