In this role, the selected candidate must have experience in working in Power system labs and exposure to standard instrumentation used for test like using scopes, HBM perception tool, logic analyzer, Multimeters etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing, examining, estimating and assisting with various components of electrical contracting, with a high emphasis on Design Build assisting.
In this role, you will be in development and implementation of component/module assemblies (combination of PCB, connectors and switches), battery pack, motors and gearbox assemblies, cable/switch assemblies and testing.
The successful candidates will be expected to teach graduate and undergraduate engineering courses specific to their specialty area online and/or in a traditional classroom setting, participate in service related activities, develop an externally funded research program in the applicable engineering field of expertise, advise graduate and undergraduate students, and publish research results in professional journals.
In this role, the selected candidate will investigate and analyze electrical problems, defines and scopes projects, makes engineering drawings or layouts, writes engineering reports, makes cost estimates, obtains bids, writes work orders, makes recommendations to management, obtains approval to purchase necessary equipment and materials, and works with Maintenance and Operations personnel to retro-fit and install.
