The Big Data Architect / Collaborative Analyst serves as the focal point and technical leader of complex analytic projects in a Big Data environment. The work requires clear communication with a wide range of technical and non-technical team members as well as hands-on technical work using a variety of languages and tools.
In this role, the selected candidate will be
responsible for supporting all task order related activities including document creation, research, and product delivery methods and developing design solutions and performance analysis.
Responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback. Developing employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth.
Test possible solutions utilizing operations research tools and techniques. These techniques and tools include, but not limited to, mathematical optimization, quantitative decision support, simulation, linear programming, dynamic programming, regression analysis, cluster analysis, queuing theory, statistics, forecasting, data mining, and project management.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for planning the testing/validation schedule for open Customer Remediation and Correction items within the entirety of the company. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the underlying data and metadata.
Must have effective organizational skills and solid team background maintained through effective communication skills; strong analytical and problem solving skills, balanced by the ability to apply common sense.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide advanced analytical support for business operations in all or some of the following areas: claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, external reporting.
Candidates from outside the domain will be considered if they have deep functional knowledge of finance function OR have been involved in data analysis and automation work in major data warehousing projects.
