In this role, the selected candidate will minimize center liability through constant risk management review. Investigates all unsafe situations and complaints and institutes corrective/preventive action.
The Manager is responsible for solving a variety of complex problems and must possess expert knowledge of concepts and processes along with the ability to execute creative solutions while maintaining quality and standards.
This position is responsible for leading the team that holistically monitors all customer feedback channels, including survey responses, contacts to customer service, and unstructured data including chat and email transcripts.
In this role, the successful candidate will ensure the maintenance of fiscal reporting procedures within center, including accounts receivable, inventory reports, daily sales recaps, and daily bank deposits in full compliance with established company policies.
The Center Manager, you will be responsible for learning about the daily management of operations of the donor center, supervising operations and quality control, and ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
This position is responsible for managing the overall operations at a low-volume center, including supervision of team members and the administration of center sales performance, profitability and customer experience objectives. The Business Center Manager may also be required to perform functions normally performed by Team Members within the Center.
In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of the DC's strategic initiatives by coordinating support to the Retailers in the region with regard to warehousing, inventory,control, customer service and transportation activities.
