The position is responsible for supporting the Dayton facilitys systems, applications and hardware. This role provides end-user support for PCs, RF units, printers and network issues, as well as other administrative duties as assigned so end user can accomplish the facilitys goals.
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting market research to understand customer requirements, market trends, competitive products, and emerging opportunities as they relate to credit card processing and integration with Reynolds Dealer Management Systems, ERA and POWER.
Act as a liaison between engineering managers, senior managers, division directors, and department management in budget and business activities to ensure optimal operational performance with minimum supervision and participate in planning and execution of departmental business plans and adhoc projects based on Project Management Concept.
Develop and manage business analysis phase/stage plans (i.e., major activities, activities, tasks, milestones, schedule, resource allocation); lead and direct small, medium and large business line teams in medium to large projects.
Assist in the development of strategic partnerships with the business unit in order to further develop a solid knowledge base of the business line, including the business plan, products, processes and revenue streams.
Manage sophisticated financial and operational modeling; you'll build models from scratch, improve existing models and break larger models into sub-components that ultimately consolidate for the organization to help drive sound business decisions.
