The Market Sales Executive-SIG prospects, calls on, and sells Paycor products and services to new prospects within assigned territories for the franchise and non-profit verticals. He/she is responsible for self-generating leads through prospecting, telemarketing, networking, and sales database management. He/she is a self-starter who is responsible for achieving assigned monthly and annual sales quota.
In this role, the candidate will assist other SQL Developers and Business Intelligence developers to Create SQL Server Data Tools deployment packages (DACPAC), create and deploy SSIS packages to support staging mart and cube databases, improve monitoring capability error logging and error recovery capability of ETL jobs.
Generate attendance, follow-up, and resulting pipeline from marketing events; generate interest and be responsible for overall success of various campaigns that result in services engagements by developing leads and hand off to account managers.
Understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules set forth by Federal, State and Local governmental authorities including, but not limited to: reporting of device complaints, accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions and other reports determined by Stryker policy, and the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute.
Develops and implements sales strategies by determining the relevant factors (e.g., product, competition and pricing needs) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the company's products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.
