In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the project/contract including ensuring the safety and well-being of its employees, safeguarding company funds and property, and representing the company with respect to the client.
In this role, you will be responsible for activities related to quality including planning and implementation of the company quality management program. In addition, you will be a key stakeholder in the plant's World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities and initiatives.
The Maintenance Manager plans, organizes, and directs the plant maintenance functions including engineering, planning, mechanical/electrical leads, technicians, and stores inventory with the purpose of increasing overall equipment availability.
The Program Manager oversees a workforce of operation/project managers and support staff who in turn direct a workforce of technicians and professionals engaged in a variety of activities in the management of various types of facilities.
The position entails business development and marketing efforts, supporting and scheduling of staff, handling day-to-day operations and other responsibilities related to managing a Mechanical Engineering Department.
