In this role, you will develop and electronically author service information for delivery to dealers and customers worldwide, assisting other Service Information Developers with coordination and leadership of the New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for assigned products, ensuring the completed projects meet customer expectations for content, accuracy, and timeliness.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.
