Acts as an advisor and provides technical expertise and analytical support to the Human Resources team in relation to employee benefits administration, compensation administration, and HRIS system maintenance.
The selected individual will be able to lead cultural change, build internal business partnerships, provide coaching to develop others, challenge the status quo and offer creative solutions to business issues.
Manage the day-to-day tactical and operational HR issues on a timely basis within a specific area by proactively working directly with Administrative Support personnel, Team Leaders, and/or Department Managers.
This position will be responsible for completing HR category-specific work activities while interfacing collaboratively with HR business partners, HR process owners, internal customers, and other shared services specialists on various processes which may include payroll, benefits administration, talent acquisition, onboarding, labor relations, student and intern programs and other related HR processes.
Responsible for the day to day implementation of policies and programs covering several areas including recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation and employment. Recommends changes to policies and programs when appropriate.
