The Application engineer must be very familiar working in a power electronics lab environment and comfortable working with high voltage lab power supplies, digital oscilloscopes, electronic loads, and DMMs.
The Technical Installation and Support Engineer main tasks and responsibilities are to work with others on the support team and to provide industry-leading service and support to customer utilizing Company's Hospitality Solutions.
Work as part of a team to support the Murex MX3 platform, which houses derivative data for the company. Maintain the end of day cycle for the system, and facilitate the timely resolution of issues when they arise.
The Applications Engineer will also support customer designs, troubleshooting customer issues, and generate product promotion material related to the product portfolio. Technical support includes designing evaluation boards with user guides and generation application notes.
