The Consultative Sales Associate is responsible for enhancing the experience of members and driving profitable sales of Home Appliance area by providing proactive consultative sales assistance and support to the member, achieving department standards and goals, and performing sales-support activities to maintain a clean, in-stock, orderly and well-merchandised sales floor for conducting sales activities.
In this role, you will work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of our products and services, manages all aspects of the Midwest sales function including inside sales, outside sales and cooperation with the customer service team.
The Account Manager/Sales Representative will report directly to a Sales Manager. The Account Manager/Sales Representative will collaborate with functional teams: sales, finance, customer service, design, production, shipping and administration.
