The VP Sales Operations is responsible for communication, coordination and implementation of shared strategic sales initiatives, based on goals that will promote sales growth and dealer satisfaction for the organization.
Support Tech ORO team in analysis of risk concentrations, assessment of infrastructure and application risk profiles, synthesize data from internal and external sources to support and draw conclusions in support of challenges, scenario analysis, and technology area focused assessments.
The VP-Operations manages, directs, and leads the Operations team of the Electronics/Specialty Gases BU, which includes the four (4) primary electronics/specialty gases manufacturing plants and several electronics/specialty gases storage depots. The VP-Operations is responsible for the Safety/Health/Environmental, Quality, and Financial performance of those facilities, and for the development and implementation of long-term strategies to improve their capabilities in these areas.
Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following a scrum agile methodology.
