The VP, Business Development is a newly created position responsible for providing strategic direction, sales & commercial oversite, and cross functional support of all selling and account management activities within the assigned customer base.
Oversee the development and execution of strategies for prospecting new business opportunities, generating leads, driving sales, and increasing revenue through the residential and commercial loan marketplace.
Develop and execute a strategy to ensure production, growth, profitability, and expense targets are achieved; articulate a clear vision for the sales team that supports the mission and strategic direction of the organization and oversee the development and execution of territory business plans that outline key initiatives that support the overall strategy.
