In this role, you will support Quality Assurance initiatives to evaluate adherence to a various sales process to ensure consistency with customer engagement, sales messaging, and process (call monitoring facilitation & reporting, time studies)
In this role, the selected candidate will design, develop, facilitate, and implement a variety of training/learning and development programs and processes across the company's three manufacturing sites.
