As a Technical Analyst in Digital Business and Data Services, you will have responsibilities that include technical analysis, writing functional/technical stories, producing interface specifications and testing related to the middleware component of Digital initiatives.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for administering and troubleshooting Widows client/server operating systems (Win 7,8,10, Server 2003, 2008, 2012) by utilizing DOS commands, logs and services.
In this role, you will provide data analysis for integration requirements, reporting needs, and other functions, while maintaining effective communications with supervisor, project managers and team members.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading business analysis activities to gather requirements and translating requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required solution; developing multi-source data and reporting solutions.

Support to other division and facility IT personnel is provided, as warranted, and participation in 24x7 on-call support is provided based on division IT staff rotation.
