The successful candidate is a senior level resource and will possess a solid understanding of enterprise environments including VMware virtualization and be able to troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, configuration and operational problems across the VMware, Wintel, x86 ‑ 64 Linux platforms.
Duties include, but not limited to, incident management, work-order fulfillment, change management, mitigating customer events, PCI compliance/audit, vulnerability remediation, patch management, DR tests, and/or ad-hoc activities to support business requirements.
