Work with other members of the Product organization across the various lines of business to develop and execute a roadmap of CSo product capabilities necessary to make Chase Pay as the leading omni-channel payment solution for merchant.
Identify, create, monitor, and maintain key performance indicators including but not limited to teammate productivity, quality audits for both queue and calls, and departmental service level agreements.
Work directly with senior leadership and other internal partners (Risk Management, MIS, Compliance, Legal etc.) to determine business initiatives and priorities, and manage to timely and successful implementation.
The Global Product Manager (GPM) is responsible for supporting the product marketing related activities within the specific product line and support the Senior Global Product Manager developing the overall business strategy.
Lead the operation of a Distribution Center in support of company goals. Provide input and feedback on all operations processes and results to DC Manager. Responsible for providing input to DC Manager for departmental strategic and operations planning, financial management, operational reporting and communication, fleet management, departmental process improvement, compliance, and inventory management.
Jointly work with the business unit teams (applications, design, etc.) to define new products, establish product road-maps consistent with customer needs, and select new products for development among numerous investment opportunities.
The project portfolio will consist of projects of varying sizes and complexity, and new projects are added as often as daily. The Project Manager is solely responsible for defining requirements for cross functional requests and leading the development and implementation effort from initiation to completion.
