The Senior Compensation Analyst plays a key role in shaping total compensation strategy, administering compensation programs, and providing guidance to leadership on compensation and compliance matters.
The Sr Benefits Analyst ensures the accurate and timely eligibility and enrollment of eligible employees into the company's benefit plans. The Sr Benefits Analyst interacts regularly with benefit carriers ensuring proper delivery of benefits to participants. Assists participants with questions, concerns and/ or issues as they may arise.
The role will work closely with the HRBPs, Compensation and Benefits team to audit employee data, support preparation of the HR Budget, provide data analysis and ensure legal compliance from a reporting perspective. Supports interfaces between various systems to ensure data integrity.
