The senior point of Sale (POS) Analyst will be responsible for the configuration and administration of the POS infrastructure and applications. The person in this role will become an expert in the companys POS, Inventory and other Back Office technologies across multiple brands.

In this role, you will understand and own the business requirements and functionality of the "Pricing and Signage" applications, along with understanding the general functionality of the integrating applications.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing technology solutions by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, developers and partners.
This individual will be responsible for the complete request lifecycle from definition through Customer satisfaction. Included in the lifecycle are the definition, classification, approval, tracking and fulfillment of requests.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop data management standards for the team to ensure analytics and reporting meet various quality initiatives needs while ensuring accuracy and quality of data.
In this role, you will perform business analysis planning, including identification of appropriate stakeholders and information that must be obtained to develop complete and comprehensive business requirements for a project.
The primary purpose of this role is to launch, execute, and analyze / report on the results of the sales compensation programs and ancillary sales motivation programs that incentivize and reward desired sales performance.
