Responsible for working with Loan Administration and IT to complete reporting and productivity tool requirements in a timely manner, create reports and tools as needed and be a liaison between operations and IT to assist with internal projects from inception through completion.
Coordinates the Product Systems Analyst actions, makes decisions on incident priorities, and escalates incidents to Tier 3 Engineers as needed. Consults with Product Systems Analyst Lead for Critical (SEV 1) incidents to ensure business unit priorities are met and that the troubleshooting path is following best practices.

The data analyst will be responsible for importing, transforming, validating or modeling data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data in order to drive operational decision-making within the RLCS line of business.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the budget baselining of new contracts, including preparing and communicating across the F-35 teams on implementation schedules, programmatic ground rules, integrating and organizing Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and follow-up to ensure actions are completed.
In this role, the selected candidate will approve and process tax credits and tax billing invoices within authority levels and service level objectives; manage and prioritize customer disputes for assigned area to ensure efficient and accurate resolution in a timely manner and within service level expectations.
