In this role, you will perform ongoing assessments and audits of the credit bureau reporting platform to ensure consistency of information between internal transactional system of record and files sent to the bureaus.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading business analysis activities to gather requirements and translating requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required solution; developing multi-source data and reporting solutions.
The Performance Analyst interacts with many groups across the company, including FPCMS, Fund Administration, Asset Management, Investment Capabilities Management, Shareholder Communications, and Legal, as well as other groups within the larger department including the Marketing Disclosure Operations team. The Performance Analyst interacts with these various groups to analyze performance related issues across many Fidelity products and set precedents for performance reporting policies.

In this role, you will support related to the development and execution of project planning and reporting, including schedules, milestone tracking, project troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure completion of assigned projects within prescribed timelines and budgets.
In this role, the selected candidate will solve organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements; partnering with development teams to design solutions, and recommending system controls and protocols.
The Reporting Analyst will be directly responsible for managing the preparation of monthly, weekly and daily operational reports in coordination with technical development and various business functional groups within the organization and focus on ongoing process improvements and initiatives.
