5+ years experience in insurance industry in a quality assurance or training development function with track record designing, planning and conducting live training classes to administer Learning Management System, maintain training metrics, assign curricula, conduct curricula maintenance, facilitate timely completion of site training requirements, identify training needs, and perform compliance, quality, SOP and service training.
