Manages all phases of project management including; design coordination, construction, occupancy, quality control, procurement, contracting, budget development and cost tracking, invoicing, financial reconciliation to project close out.
Responsible for directing the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s). Monitors the development of business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the market place.

Develop deliverables related to project initiation including feasibility studies, risk assessment, project initiation reports, staffing, project organization outline, and standards and control procedures.
The Project Manager is the single point of responsibility and accountability for his/her assigned Projects starting with the Project Turnover Meeting and ending with a successful COC, Customer Survey and hand-off to the Service Department.
Owns and manages a component of a portfolio of technology - driven initiatives for a single business unit / LOB partner that have significant and strategic impact involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrixes partners.
