In this role, the selected candidate will ensure content, tools and programs are founded on world instructional design practices, Practice management approaches and are aligned with the organizational development and culture approach.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimization, growth, performance and financial results of the regional clinical center operations and for strategic and fiscal planning, management and accounting for all activities regarding the ambulatory services clinical capabilities.
This position is responsible for the overall managerial coordination of a large CCPN practice or multiple smaller practices. The Practice Administrator has the authority, accountability, and responsibility for the management of business operations within their area.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead in performance improvement activities, maintains ongoing clinical knowledge through internal/external training programs, provide interpretation of knowledge and direction to staff.
