In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience (preferably hardware and software) to the banking and credit union space, or you must be a prior banker with at least three years of sales experience.
In this role, you will works with appropriate vendor contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems End User records, programs, RMA's, maintenance contract additions and removals, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc.
In this role, you must have strong consultative sales and solution selling skills. Expert listening and needs analysis/diagnosis skills. Ability to translate client challenges/pain points into solutions and compelling value messages.
