Assist faculty, residents, students, and employees with questions and problems concerning patient communications, risk management, potential liability and direction provided by administrative policies.
This position will be exposed to business issues, special projects, and general office administration. The individual will work closely with the partners of the firm to plan and coordinate events, manage and schedule travel arrangements, develop policies and procedures, and manage various special projects.
Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities; understand the project schedule and key milestones; provide in-depth support with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
Manages the administration of all assigned (OTM) Contract administration projects, including contracts for recruitment, total rewards, and other OTM related contract negotiations while providing oversight on budgetary requirements of all contracts to be in good standing within the Office of Talent Management.
The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the accounting functions of the facility in accordance with current acceptable accounting and cost reimbursement principles relating to the long-term care industry.
Develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiation teams on contractual issues, as needed while following legal regulations and contract trends for potential impact on business unit goals and objectives.

Receives and receipts payments in an accurate and timely manner. Records the details of financial transactions in appropriate journals and ledgers. Summarizes and balances entries recording on individual journals and ledgers.
Responsible for creating an end-to-end test plan and user acceptance for application software releases and changes; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected.
