Responsible for recruiting, performance management, coaching & training, all direct Sales Professionals reports; strategizes with sales resources to develop territory / accounts plans to maximize revenue and growth.
Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project. This may include preparing calculations, designs, reports and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
Manage programs material requirements by developing and participating in program and enterprise level supply chain strategies and plans, and ensuring the placement and receipt of material requirements to those strategies and plans.
Will develop and implement a material, production, capacity and inventory plan that drives expected delivery and cost goals. Provide support to the Sourcing Managers in identifying key strategic procurement initiatives.
