In this role, the selected candidate will plan and execute capital improvement projects for expansion and/or upgrade of aluminum extrusion and rolling mill facilities. Develop project scope, feasibility, cost estimates and schedule.
Manage the overall operations of the production operations through planning directing and the achievement of key performance indicators to maintain maximum standards of product quality efficiency safety cost and schedule compliance. Directly manage all the supervisors and hourlies in a 160 person manufacturing operation.
The Supervisor will learn to demonstrate leadership and managerial skills to lead several tasks simultaneously to achieve on-time delivery; possess significant aircraft maintenance expertise relative to major structural systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, TPM, RCM, mechanical, electrical, PLC's, vendors budgets, CAPA, root cause analysis, best practices, reliability, engineering, SAP, leadership, high speed packaging, food, beverage, consumer packaged goods.
The role is fairly straightforward in regards to PMs, maintenance budget, people management, vendor management, and keeping your machines up and running. Expect to conduct general training on PM and safety (LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.).
You will direct all of the activities of the maintenance department, ensuring appropriate parts inventory and adequate training of all maintenance associates. Preventative and predictive maintenance program(s) will be utilized to minimize down-time.
Provides Project Management experience and support to the Senior Manager of Facilities Planning and Development and staff for district wide coordination of development, planning and construction activities for new capital improvement and renovation projects, from conception stage through construction and project close‐out completion.
This individual would be responsible for hardware going out for recertification and the maintenance schedules for recert, srt and repair. Supporting ims scheduling and maintaining the weekly engineering release list. Tracking shortages for make parts across our sites as well as buy shortages.

The Plant Manager you will have operational responsibility and accountability for production line in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment; will provide leadership and implement organizational strategies in production areas to meet safety, quality and production design goals in addition to cost objectives, product and technology development, and promoting a strong team atmosphere.
These activities may include proposal formulation, schedule development, labor estimates, manufacturing bill of material development, setting team priorities, planning / implementing customer directed or internally generated changes.
