The Project Manager bears the overall responsibility for the project; the understanding/ coordination and implementation of the customer requirements from first inquiry to (and with) serial production (customer-orientation).
The Maintenance Manager I is distinguished from the Maintenance Manager II by typically overseeing smaller groups of maintenance and reliability employees, serving as a lead to other lower-level supervisors, and having less involvement in overall plant operations.

Directly manage all the supervisors and hourlies in a 160 person manufacturing operation.
